Your Clients & Their Digital Sales Tax

At ThriveCart we've made sure getting the relevant sales tax information for your products and your clients’ products is simple and as easy as possible.

Which is why we've made it so you can filter your tax reports by user.

When setting up your user or client, you will have the option of entering their address information. This information will be used for tax calculations on products assigned to them. Your client can update this at any time through their profile.


The next step is to ensure that their product has them as the owner of the product under the product settings area.


Then after a live order has been taken where sales tax information was collected you will have the option in your sales tax report area to select a user and break down your reports (which you can then download and give your client the .xlsx file.)
